Policies and Procedures

CUSTOM ORDER & PRODUCTION POLICIES
Screen Printing • Embroidery • DTF • Laser Engraving
Please review before ordering. Payment of an invoice or deposit, approval of artwork, or authorization of a custom order indicates acceptance of the
applicable policies below.
TURNAROUND TIME
Our standard turnaround time is approximately two weeks unless otherwise specified. Turnaround begins only after the invoice or required deposit is
paid, artwork is approved, and all necessary order details are received. Rush service may be available for an additional fee and must be approved before
ordering. Production times may vary during peak seasons, large-volume orders, supplier delays, shipping delays, or equipment-related delays.
Requested completion dates are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.
PAYMENT, DEPOSITS & PRODUCTION QUEUE
Unless covered by a separate written contract, an order is placed on our production schedule only after the required invoice payment or deposit is
received. Quotes, messages, mockups, verbal approval, or submission of a quote request do not reserve a production date. Special-order merchandise,
personalized products, custom materials, and certain large orders may require full payment before materials are ordered. Any remaining balance must be
paid according to the invoice terms and may be required before pickup, shipment, or release of the finished order.
EMBROIDERY & DIGITIZING
Custom embroidery is available. Artwork, team logos, names, or designs that have not already been prepared for embroidery may require a digitizing fee.
Digitizing is a production setup service and does not transfer ownership of the digitized embroidery file unless specifically agreed to in writing. Stitch
counts, garment construction, seams, pockets, fabric type, hat structure, and design size may require adjustments for the best finished result. Exact stitch
placement may vary slightly between garments due to normal production tolerances.
SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printed orders require a minimum of 10 garments per design/setup unless otherwise approved. Pricing may vary by quantity, print locations, ink
colors, garment type, specialty ink, and whether an underbase is required. An underbase on dark garments may count as an additional print color.
Artwork, color, placement, garment, or quantity changes after approval may require new screens, setup fees, or revised pricing.
DTF / SPECIALTY TRANSFERS
DTF and specialty transfers are offered for designs or order situations that are not suitable for our standard screen-printing process, at our discretion.
Availability and pricing depend on artwork, garment, quantity, print size, material, and application requirements. Transfer texture, finish, and color may
differ from screen printing.
LASER ENGRAVING & CUTTING
Laser results vary naturally by material, coating, grain, finish, thickness, and manufacturer. Wood, leather, leatherette, acrylic, coated metals, tumblers,
patches, fabrics, and other materials may show normal variations in shade, depth, texture, edge appearance, or engraving contrast. Material may also
have natural knots, grain, color variation, or minor imperfections. Customer-supplied items are accepted only when approved and are processed at the
customer's risk because replacement cannot always be guaranteed if an item reacts unexpectedly during engraving or cutting.
ARTWORK, MOCKUPS & DESIGN FEES
Mockups, artwork creation, logo cleanup, redraws, vector conversion, and original design concepts require time and creativity and may be subject to a
design/mockup fee. The quoted fee includes only the revisions or design scope specifically stated in the quote. Additional revisions, redesigns, concept
changes, or artwork preparation may be billed separately. Payment covers the design service performed; editable/source artwork is not automatically
included unless stated in writing.
ARTWORK APPROVAL & PERSONALIZATION
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval, including spelling, names, numbers, dates, colors, sizing, quantities,
placement, garment/product selection, and overall design. Personalized information supplied by the customer will be produced as submitted and
approved. Once artwork is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible. The Print Shop Branding Co. is not responsible for errors
that appeared in an approved proof or information supplied incorrectly by the customer.
GARMENT, PRODUCT & COLOR VARIATIONS
Garment colors, thread colors, ink colors, engraving shades, print placement, and product appearance may vary slightly from computer or phone screens,
digital mockups, samples, manufacturer photographs, or dye lots. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically quoted. Sizing and fit vary by
brand and style; customers are responsible for reviewing manufacturer sizing information before ordering. Minor variations within normal decoration
tolerances are not considered defects.
CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ITEMS
Customer-supplied garments or products must be approved before production. Decoration carries an inherent risk of misprint, needle/hoop marks, scorch
marks, staining, material reaction, engraving variation, breakage, or equipment-related damage. By providing an item for decoration, the customer
accepts this risk. The Print Shop Branding Co. does not guarantee replacement or reimbursement of customer-supplied items unless specifically agreed
to in writing before production. Customers should not supply irreplaceable, sentimental, or unusually high-value items.
SUPPLIER SHORTAGES, DEFECTS & PRODUCTION LOSS
Availability of garments and products is subject to supplier inventory. If an item becomes unavailable, we may offer a comparable substitute or contact the
customer for approval of another option. Large-volume and specialty production may occasionally experience supplier defects or unavoidable production
loss. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the approved quantity; material shortages, discontinued items, supplier defects, or unavoidable
production loss may require a quantity adjustment, substitution, re-order, or appropriate price adjustment.
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Because customized products are made specifically for the customer, customized and personalized items are non-refundable and generally cannot be
returned or exchanged. Orders cannot be cancelled once production, digitizing, screen preparation, engraving setup, design work, or special-order
purchasing has begun. Approved cancellations before production may still be subject to artwork, digitizing, setup, restocking, merchant processing, or
other costs already incurred. Changes requested after approval may result in additional fees and a revised completion date.
RUSH ORDERS
Rush service is not guaranteed and must be approved before payment. Rush orders may require an additional fee based on production schedule, order
size, materials, and requested completion date. Supplier or carrier delays outside our control may affect rush orders. Approval of a rush order does not
waive artwork approval, payment, or production requirements.
QUALITY CONCERNS
Any concern with an order should be reported promptly after pickup or delivery and before the items are worn, washed, distributed, or otherwise used
whenever reasonably possible. We will review confirmed production defects and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair,
replacement, re-production, or another reasonable resolution. Normal manufacturer variations, approved artwork details, customer-selected sizing,
material characteristics, and reasonable decoration tolerances are not production defects.
PICKUP, SHIPPING & UNCLAIMED ORDERS
Customers are responsible for providing correct pickup, delivery, and shipping information. Shipping charges are additional unless included in the quote.
Carrier delays, loss, or damage are subject to the carrier's claims process when applicable. Completed local-pickup orders should be collected within 30
days of notification. Orders left more than 60 days after completion may be considered abandoned and long-term storage is not guaranteed. Any disposal
or other action regarding an unclaimed order will be handled only as permitted by applicable law.
COPYRIGHTS, TRADEMARKS & PERMISSION
By submitting artwork, logos, school/team marks, photographs, characters, brand names, or other protected material, the customer represents that they
own the material or have permission to reproduce it and accepts responsibility for obtaining required authorization. We reserve the right to decline artwork
we reasonably believe cannot be lawfully reproduced or that violates our production standards.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
We may decline work that is unsafe for our equipment, incompatible with the requested decoration method, outside our production capabilities, contains
unsuitable materials, or cannot reasonably meet the requested deadline. Any exception to these policies must be confirmed in writing before production.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By paying an invoice, paying a deposit, approving artwork, submitting a custom order, or otherwise authorizing production, the customer confirms that the
order details and applicable policies have been reviewed and accepted. These policies are intended to establish clear ordering and production
expectations and may be supplemented by terms shown on an estimate, invoice, contract, or approved proof.
